On-line registration can be accessed at the registration site until October 9th. After registration, we will notify you of the registration fee and follow-up by email.

On-site registration will be available at the conference venue during the conference. Registration fee provide access to all 3DV conference sessions, including keynote, proceedings, coffee breaks and banquet.

For student registrations, valid/current student photo IDs are required and will be checked for admission.

Please note that in order to submit the final version of a paper at least one author (this can be a student) must be registered. One person can register multiple papers as long as that person is a co-author on each of the papers.

*You can bring additional guest to the Banquet with 200 CNY per guest.

Invitation Letter

Participants who require an official Letter of Invitation for visa or funding purposes can apply for it by registration. After registration, we will notify you by email.

For intenational travelers that require Chinese visa, please check whether your local Chinese Embassy asks for "Invitation Letter of Duly Authorized Unit (被授权单位邀请函)", if so, please also send a copy of your passport, and the following information to our web chair 3dv2017@gmail.com.

3D Vison International Conference will be held during Oct. 10-12 in Qingdao Shangri-La Hotel. Individual reservations under the group rate can now be booked here.
