• [2017/7/3] All attendants can register with their credit cards at the conference site in the rate of early registration if they submit registration forms on early registration time. For the registration forms on web page, instead of the Copy of Bank Receipt, the attendant can submit an illustration written by themselves in the same format as the Bank Receipt.The illustration should contain your signature and the request of on-site registration.

• [2017/7/3] The notification of acceptance for C&G papers has been postponed to July 8, 2017 due to delayed reviews. For JCST and CJE referral papers, the notification will be sent out by the journal editors around July 25.
